Installing Sun Tunnel - Skylight on a cathedral ceiling

We installed 2 - 14" sun tunnels in a living room with a cathedral ceiling.  The living room was dark all the time. Needed to use the lights whenever you wanted to use the room. The picture below is of the room before we started. Even with the lamps on it was still dark.

As you can see the lamps put a shadow of the fan on the ceiling.  The picture below is of the finished living room with 2-14" Sun Tunnels installed.

The living room is a lot more inviting. The shadow of the fan on the ceiling is gone. The lamps are no longer need during the day.  The installation of sun tunnels makes your home a more welcoming place to be.

This installation from setup, installation of sun tunnels, to clean up was done in a morning. Very little dirt on the inside of the home.

Were these pictures taken during the same time of day? What were the weather conditions, cloudy or sunny?

    Bob,

We arrived at the job 7:15 am. I took the before picture around 8:00 am. It was a cloudy day. Full cloud cover, no breaks to let the sun through. We finish around 11:30 am. Still no sun.

The lady said now I can get hardwood floors. She said before it was such a dungeon you could not see the floors.
